Sept 8: Compassion

Greetings, earthlings of Logos Baptist Church!
We have temporarily taken over the "C-Edd" body.
We are n A-LIAN species as you call it. I have 'eard from galaxshys far far away that you numan beins have been in humerous wars with each other, and that is why ve neva came. Butt, we have detected trough our A-LIAN spy, code name: "J-HOAL T'HANG" that there is a beautifull and technologically advanced creashion called FELLOWSHIP at your gathering. Him sayz you type of numans are lovely because dey have someting calle COMPASSION. We have zeen photographs of your joy, togetherness and ve A-LIANs vould like to learn how you enjoy one another and support won anoder, as ve A-LIANS alwayz fight in our SPACESHIP. Ve have concluded that your FELLOWSHIP is better than our SPACESHIP and ve would like to have your model instead.
Ve will be there this friday, at dis TIME to learn from the BEST of you numans:
"A speaker is coming over from Compasssion Canada to open our eyes regarding the under-priviledged children all over the world and how we could extend our compassion to them."

Sept 15: Blogos

Hey hey everybody,
Summer is over!! How are all the students going back to school?? Adjusting to your environments?
For this Friday, we'll be having our Blogos study in our new home group. Yup, that's right, Blogos is back. We haven't be studying Blogos on Friday for awhile already, so here's the chance. We'll be studying "Connected with You always (3) Unity with Diversity". Please read the Blogos before Friday, and be prepare for group discussion. You can also share your current school/ work life with your group, or any other things you would like to share, and want your group to pray for.
Group leaders, please prepare to lead your group for this Friday.
So don't forget, Friday night, starts at 7:30pm!!

Sept 8: Debate

Hello wonderful, facinating YOU!
Have you ever gotten into an argument with someone on certain issues?
Have you ever come out of those arguments stumped, red-faced, or feeling REALLY full of yourself because you have just proved someone WRONG?? (or so you think)
Well, these are the things that WON'T be happening because, yes you've got it - we're going to have a
FRIENDLY, EDUCATIONAL, INSPIRATIONAL, DE-LOVELY DEBATE!
We'll be discussing (gently, nicely) about issues such as DATING, MOVIES, MUSIC etc. with the intention of knowing one another better, (aka getting a piece of a person's mind) and sharing what we know.
Our ever lovely, handsome Mr. Johan Lee will be our guide.

Sept. 1: Welcoming New Grade 7's

Hello everybody,
It's coming towards the end of the summer, have you done something incredible and amazing? Having the summer to have fun, how's your relationship with God? How about your relationship with other people?
As September is coming, it is going to be some changes for many of you. Some of you will be going to high school while some of you will be attending university, or even for those older ones *ahem* who will be in the work field. Whatever we are going through, Satan will always try his best to attack wherever and whenever possible, but with God, we are able to win the battle. Beside God, we will also need brothers and sisters in Christ to support one another.
Friday night program will be a good time in which we build on the fellowship, get to know one another and have fun. This coming Friday (this is SEPTEMBER!!), we'll be introducing the new groupings and a night of games to play with one another. It's going to be FUN FUN FUN!!! Make sure you are ready for it.
So don't forget, Friday night, starts at 7:30pm!!
